We use recyclable materials in all our shipping materials so we can be as environmentally friendly as possible, this does mean orders under £100 will be charged £10 shipping fee. Orders over £100 have free delivery.

International Shipping

We are currently not offering shipping outside of the UK

Returns Policy

At Maison H, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items (e.g., opened beauty products) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at sales@maisonh.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

4. Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as final sale.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@maisonh.co.uk . We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
